Welcome to my 8-week course! The exercises in this course are mid level ability, designed to strengthen the big muscles in the body and get the blood pumping. Do the exercises daily and let’s wake up those post lockdown muscles and improve your health and longevity.

WELCOME TO YOUR WEEKLY TASKS
Let’s begin your journey and get you used to exercising.
WEEK 1
Wake up time!
We begin by contracting the big muscles in the body to help with posture and stability.
We will work on dusting off the Glutes in the buttocks and Trap’s in the upper back.
WEEK 2
Last week we introduced the upper back and bum muscles, today we will use them with a squat and pull.
This is a great all-rounder exercise to start getting you strong and fit. You will need a tea-towel, a sturdy chair and your core on.
WEEK 3
This week we are strengthening the upper body with a straight arm plank and mountain climbers.
These are body weight exercises that can help improve strength in the muscles, joints and bones.
Improve your mood, heart health, coordination, balance and the list goes on!
WEEK 4
This week you will work hard and ramp up the effort level. Box press-ups to warm up then onto a straight arm plank. Dropping into a forearm plank, we then introduce commandos!
WEEK 5
After last week’s shenanigans I thought it best to leave the arms alone. Working legs this week it is then!
WEEK 6
This week is tummy time. Exercises to strengthen the core.
WEEK 7
This week we go over the past exercises and put together a routine. Be prepared for a tough 4 minute workout that will get your blood pumping and strengthen your muscles.
WEEK 8
Stretching this week. No good workout is complete without a stretch. If you look after your muscles, your muscles will look after you.
