On the last Thursday of each month, I travel to Bishops Stortford an run a Parkinson’s exercise class at @everyoneactive_grange_paddocks

To my absolute surprise, waiting for me at the leisure centre, along with all the lovely people who attend my class, was Annie Brewster JP High Sheriff of Hertfordshire, and Will and Charlotte from Herts Sports and Physical Activity Partnership. I was awarded the Community Champion Award for Outstanding Service to Health and Wellbeing.
