Fix The Source, Not The Symptoms

When you begin any exercise regimen, you will probably discover a few niggles or aches that you hadn’t noticed before.

Exercise is a great way of showing you unnoticed problems hiding in your body. These can usually be fixed but only if you know they are there.

The body loves to form bad habits and these bad habits create imbalance in the muscles, tension and eventually can lead to pain. But by strengthening and stretching the muscles you can fix the tension and get rid of the niggles.

Habits form all your life and there can be many reasons. An example would be because of the job you do, the way you sit or walk, the sports you play or recovery from an injury. Just be mindful of the unnecessary pressure going into your body, and try to maintain a neutral spine with an activated core. Listen to your body and feel the muscles as you move, they will soon let you know what work needs to be done.
