April 2025 saw the launch of Parkinson’s Physical Activity Champions. This is a pilot scheme of Parkinson’s UK East of England, to get the word out there on the importance of exercise for Parkinson’s. I was delighted to be made a champion, but also, the mentor to the champions.

I felt that the amount of information on exercise and Parkinson’s could be overwhelming, so wanted to simplify it. For that reason, I have produced this PDF guidance on exercise for Parkinson’s.
